Job Description: The Labour Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships between the organization and its workforce. Responsibilities may include: Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. Providing guidance and advice to management and employees on labour relations matters. Handling and resolving employee grievances and disputes. Participating in collective bargaining negotiations with unions, if applicable. Assisting in the development and implementation of labour relations policies and procedures. Monitoring and analyzing labour market trends and recommending adjustments to employment practices. Conducting investigations and disciplinary actions related to labour issues. Keeping up to date with changes in labour laws and regulations and ensuring compliance. Building and maintaining positive relationships with labour unions, if applicable. Collaborating with other HR functions to ensure consistent application of labour relations practices.

Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Proven experience as a Labour Relations Specialist or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the UAE. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret labour data. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
