Job Description: The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to the HR department and assist in various HR functions. Responsibilities may include: Assisting in recruitment processes, such as job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems. Assisting in employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes. Assisting in employee performance evaluation processes. Assisting in employee training and development initiatives. Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related information. Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Assisting in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in HR coordination or support role is preferred. Knowledge of HR practices and processes. Familiarity with HR software and systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
