Job Description: The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and attracting qualified candidates for various job positions. Responsibilities may include: Partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Conducting reference checks and background verification as required. Making job offers and negotiating employment terms with selected candidates. Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.

Job Requirement: Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. Familiarity with different sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidate qualifications and make informed hiring decisions. Good organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Language Requirements: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
