Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, ensuring their successful implementation and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events. Responsibilities: Plan and execute events, including conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings. Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives. Source and negotiate with vendors for event services and supplies. Manage event budgets and track expenses. Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation. Oversee event registration and guest management. Ensure event timelines and schedules are followed. Handle any issues or concerns that arise during events.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in event management software and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
