Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Guest Services Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing efficient and friendly service at all times. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our establishment. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with check-in and check-out processes. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate and arrange guest transportation, dining reservations, and other special requests. Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper billing procedures. Assist in handling group bookings and events. Provide information on local attractions, amenities, and services to enhance guest experiences. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
