Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment in Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, and financial performance. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Monitor inventory and order supplies as required. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting and cost control. Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
