Job Description: We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to hotel guests, assisting with various requests, and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. Your primary role will be to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, offer recommendations, and provide information about local attractions and services. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs. Provide personalized recommendations and information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options. Arrange transportation, including car rentals, airport transfers, and taxi services. Coordinate restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and other guest requests. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel facilities, services, and promotions. Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services in Abu Dhabi. Ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
