Job Description:
The Bar Service Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent beverage service in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Abu Dhabi. This role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring guests enjoy a high-quality bar experience. The attendant will maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Key duties include mixing cocktails according to recipes, serving drinks promptly, and engaging guests with friendly and professional service. The attendant will also manage cash transactions, monitor inventory levels, and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock. Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team ensures smooth bar operations during busy hours.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential. The Bar Service Attendant should have knowledge of beverage preparation and an understanding of responsible alcohol service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to meet operational demands.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in bartending or bar service. Basic knowledge of drink recipes, customer service skills, and a responsible attitude towards alcohol service are essential. Fluency in English is required.
