Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and compassionate Wedding Planner to join our team in Ajman as a Bridal Event Coordinator. This role involves working closely with clients to design and execute personalized wedding celebrations, ensuring that every detail aligns with the couple’s vision and expectations. As a Bridal Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all aspects of wedding events, from initial consultations to final execution on the day of the ceremony.

Key responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their preferences and budget, sourcing venues and vendors, coordinating timelines, designing themes, and ensuring all elements come together smoothly. You will liaise with florists, caterers, photographers, decorators, and entertainment providers to curate a tailored experience for each wedding. You will also manage logistics, guest lists, accommodation arrangements, and rehearsal planning, while addressing any issues with professionalism and grace.

On the wedding day, your role will be hands-on, ensuring all services are delivered as planned, troubleshooting unforeseen problems, and making adjustments to maintain a flawless execution. You will provide emotional support to couples and serve as their main point of contact throughout the process.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-stakes events with calm confidence. Job Requirement:

Applicants should have a diploma or degree in event management, hospitality, public relations, or a related field. Previous experience in wedding or event planning is strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, creativity, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in project management tools and scheduling software is desirable. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. A calm demeanor and a passion for making memorable occasions are key traits for success.
