Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated and efficient Back Kitchen Porter to join our culinary support team in Abu Dhabi. As a Back Kitchen Porter, you will be a crucial part of our kitchen operations, responsible for ensuring cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in all back-of-house areas. Your role is essential in maintaining a smooth workflow and helping the culinary team deliver high-quality meals in a clean and safe environment.
The primary responsibilities of this position include washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment or manual cleaning methods. You will be responsible for organizing cleaned items for easy access, assisting with receiving and storing kitchen supplies, and ensuring all workspaces, storage areas, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. Removing trash and recyclables, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning spillages are also part of the daily duties.
As a Back Kitchen Porter, you may be required to assist chefs and kitchen staff by moving ingredients, organizing inventory, and preparing cleaning stations. Maintaining food safety standards and following health and hygiene regulations are non-negotiable aspects of this role. You will also help in reporting any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards promptly to supervisors.

Job Requirement:
