Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and skilled Bar Service Worker to join our hospitality team in Dubai. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while ensuring a welcoming and engaging bar environment. This position combines the functions of a bartender and a support barback, offering a dynamic and fast-paced opportunity within a premier hospitality venue.
As a Bar Service Worker, your core responsibilities include mixing and serving drinks according to standard recipes, ensuring proper presentation and portioning, and maintaining a clean and organized bar station. You will greet and interact with guests, make recommendations based on their preferences, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also handle payments, restock supplies, polish glassware, and manage inventory behind the bar.
In addition to bartending duties, you will perform barback functions such as replenishing garnishes, ice, and beverage stock, assisting with keg changes, and keeping bar tools clean and ready for use. Collaboration with the waitstaff and kitchen is crucial to ensure smooth service delivery.
You must be knowledgeable about beverage menus, including specialty cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic offerings. Adherence to responsible serving practices and local alcohol regulations is mandatory. A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently during peak service hours are essential to this role.

Job Requirement:
