Job Description: We are currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your main responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling reservations, managing inquiries, and assisting with various guest requests. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services. Address guest concerns and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash and credit card transactions. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems. High school diploma or equivalent. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
