Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations in Dubai. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and smooth functioning of the kitchen, maintaining food quality standards, and managing a team of kitchen staff. Your leadership skills, attention to detail, and culinary expertise will contribute to the success of our establishment. Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs. Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants. Develop and maintain menu items and recipes. Monitor food quality and presentation to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Stay updated on industry trends and implement new techniques and technologies.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
