Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment in Dubai. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest services, staff management, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all guest services, including front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and guest relations. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and exceed performance goals. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all areas of the establishment. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and a memorable guest experience. Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting and cost control. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
