Job Description: We are seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to join our team in Mississauga. As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for new clients. You will work closely with clients, understanding their specific requirements and coordinating the implementation of our products or services to meet their needs. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects will be essential in delivering a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their implementation requirements and create a detailed project plan. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful configuration and setup of our products or services for clients. Conduct training sessions and provide support to clients during the onboarding process. Troubleshoot and resolve any implementation-related issues that may arise. Communicate project updates and timelines to clients and internal stakeholders. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the implementation process. Maintain accurate documentation of implementation procedures and client requirements. Requirements: Previous experience in a client implementation or project management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of client implementations. Knowledge of customer service software and systems. Flexibility to travel for client meetings, as required. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Problem-solving skills to address implementation challenges and find appropriate solutions. Knowledge of the target industry and products/services may be advantageous.
