Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Laval as a Customer Success Associate. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional support to drive their success. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success, including providing product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, finding appropriate solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor customer success metrics and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and drive retention. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help customers maximize the value of our products or services. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or customer success role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency in using customer support software and systems. Knowledge of the target industry and products/services may be advantageous. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success.

Job Requirement: Previous experience in a customer service or customer success role, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Proficiency in using customer support software and systems to manage customer interactions and track customer success metrics. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Knowledge of the target industry and products/services may be advantageous. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
