Job Description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in London as a Dropshipping & Order Processing specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the dropshipping process and ensuring efficient and accurate order processing. Responsibilities: Coordinate with suppliers and manage the dropshipping process to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Process incoming orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly. Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or delays. Communicate with customers to provide order updates, resolve inquiries, and address any concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries. Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and documentation requirements. Monitor order fulfillment performance and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Previous experience in dropshipping and order processing is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management. Proficiency in using order management systems and software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is beneficial. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and requirements.

Job Requirement: Previous experience in dropshipping and order processing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Proficiency in using order management systems and software to process orders and track inventory. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage a high volume of orders. Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes, including coordinating with carriers and managing shipping documentation. Familiarity with customer service principles and practices to provide support and resolve customer inquiries related to orders. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners. Flexibility to adapt to changing processes and requirements in the dropshipping and order processing industry. Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
