Job Description: We are currently hiring for the position of Data Entry Operator in Kitchener. As a Data Entry Operator, your role will involve accurately and efficiently entering data into systems and databases to support our customer and contact service operations. Your attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data will contribute to the overall success of our team. Responsibilities: Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Input customer information, inquiries, and transactions into databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Maintain data integrity by conducting regular checks and resolving any discrepancies or errors. Ensure confidentiality and security of data by adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to address any data-related issues or concerns. Assist in generating reports or data analysis as required. Meet established deadlines and productivity targets.

Job Requirement: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role, preferably in the customer and contact service industry. Proficiency in data entry and typing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and spreadsheets. Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and handle large volumes of data. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and resolve any data discrepancies. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Basic knowledge of computer systems, software, and office equipment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
