Job Description: We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Brampton. As a Customer Service Specialist, your role will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to building strong customer relationships and driving customer loyalty. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. Resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional and efficient manner. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer situations. Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and industry trends. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably as a specialist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with customer service software and systems. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems.
