Job Description: We are currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our team in Montreal. As a Front Desk Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. Your friendly and professional demeanor will create a positive impression and enhance our customer experience. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude. Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments or individuals. Manage appointments, schedules, and calendars. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation. Assist customers with their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Handle customer concerns and escalate them as necessary. Ensure the front desk area is organized and tidy. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow. Requirements: Previous experience as a Front Desk Administrator or in a similar customer and contact service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems. Familiarity with administrative tasks and customer service principles. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Job Requirement: Previous experience as a Front Desk Administrator or in a similar customer and contact service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and telephone systems. Familiarity with administrative tasks, including managing appointments, handling incoming calls, and responding to inquiries. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, to provide round-the-clock customer service. Proficiency in languages such as English and French may be preferred, depending on the customer base.
