Job Description:

The Bar Service Attendant is responsible for supporting bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar in a hospitality venue located in Quebec City. Key duties include preparing drink garnishes, restocking bar supplies, cleaning workstations, and providing basic service to guests when needed. The attendant assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment while complying with all health and safety regulations. They may also collect empty glasses, wipe down tables and counters, monitor inventory levels, and communicate guest needs to bartenders or servers. Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and speed are essential in supporting high-volume service and maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Job Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in a hospitality or food & beverage setting preferred

Basic knowledge of drink components and bar tools

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to cleanliness

Smart Serve certification (or provincial equivalent) is an asset

Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

Physical ability to lift and carry beverage supplies and stand for long periods

Bilingualism (French and English) strongly preferred due to local guest demographics
