Tailor recommendations based on guests' preferences and interests. Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction. Take proactive measures to anticipate and prevent potential issues. Guest Relations: Develop strong relationships with guests, understanding their preferences and building rapport. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Coordination: Collaborate with various departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk, to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences. Communicate guest requests and ensure timely follow-up. Concierge Desk Operations: Maintain an organized and well-stocked concierge desk. Job Requirement: Experience: Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest service role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry is preferred. Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and services in Toronto is an asset.
