Job Description: We are currently hiring a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team in North York, Canada. As a Restaurant Manager in the Hospitality & Tourism industry, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities: Operational Management: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Customer Service: Ensure outstanding customer service by training and leading the front-of-house staff. Address guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation and guest satisfaction. Staff Supervision and Training: Recruit, train, and motivate the restaurant team. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff performance and promote a cohesive work environment. Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation. Analyze financial reports, implement strategies to optimize profitability, and achieve financial targets. Menu Development and Quality Control: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that reflect customer preferences and culinary trends. Ensure consistent quality of food and beverage offerings through regular quality checks. Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness. Implement promotional activities and partnerships to drive business growth.

Job Requirement: Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the Hospitality & Tourism industry. Demonstrated success in managing restaurant operations and driving business growth. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to inspire and motivate staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development. Customer Service Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a deep understanding of guest satisfaction. Ensure a high level of service is consistently provided to exceed customer expectations. Financial Acumen: Sound financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Analyze financial reports, implement strategies to maximize profitability, and achieve financial targets. Operational Excellence: Proven ability to oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and maintaining quality standards.
