Job Description: The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the food and beverage department in Surrey, Canada. They develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, creating and managing budgets, collaborating with the culinary team, maintaining vendor relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has previous experience in food and beverage management, strong leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of food safety regulations, and a customer-focused mindset. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role.

Job Requirement: Previous Experience: Proven experience in food and beverage management, with a track record of successfully leading and managing a team. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate staff, delegate tasks, and promote a positive work environment. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with customers, staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Financial Management: Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to optimize profitability and manage expenses. Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Problem-solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues, adapt to changing situations, and make sound decisions. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
