Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join our organization in Windsor, Canada. As the CIO, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and utilization of information technology to drive innovation and enhance the overall efficiency of our company in the executive and management industry. Responsibilities: IT Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives, leveraging technology to drive business growth and competitive advantage. Digital Transformation: Lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and optimize business processes. Information Security: Establish and maintain robust information security measures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Implement strategies to protect company data and mitigate cyber risks. IT Governance: Provide guidance and oversight for IT governance, ensuring effective management of IT resources, budgets, and projects. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the IT department. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop IT solutions that meet their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring the development and retention of top IT talent. Provide coaching and mentorship to drive individual and team success. IT Infrastructure: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutions to support business operations. Data Management: Develop and implement strategies for effective data management, including data governance, data analytics, and data quality assurance.

Job Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive and management roles, with a focus on information technology. Previous experience as a CIO or in a similar senior executive position is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of the executive and management industry, with a strong understanding of IT trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Proven track record in leading digital transformation initiatives and driving innovation through technology. Solid understanding of information security principles and practices, with experience in managing cybersecurity risks. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
