Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director to lead our organization based in Surrey, Canada. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, driving organizational growth, and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Provide strong leadership and direction to department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth and innovation. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and present reports to the board of directors, outlining organizational performance, financials, and future plans. Develop and manage budgets, allocating resources effectively to support operational needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee development.

Job Requirement: A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive-level roles, preferably in the Executive & Management industry. Proven track record of strategic leadership and successful business growth. Strong business acumen and financial management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices. A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
