Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our organization in Vancouver, Canada. As the CFO, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the financial health of our company within the executive and management industry. Responsibilities: Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing effective strategies to mitigate and minimize potential impacts. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Provide regular reports to the executive team and board of directors. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards. Oversee tax planning and compliance activities.
Job Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive and management roles, with a focus on finance. Previous experience as a CFO or in a similar senior executive position is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of the executive and management industry, with a strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. Proven track record in financial strategy development, financial planning and analysis, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation or equivalent is required. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
