Job Description: We are currently seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Marketing to join our organization in Oshawa, Canada. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the marketing strategies and initiatives within the executive and management industry. Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing marketing strategies and campaigns. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation to drive online visibility and engagement. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, utilizing effective messaging, targeting, and measurement strategies. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive marketing excellence. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to align marketing efforts and support overall business objectives. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

Job Requirement: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in executive and management roles, with a focus on marketing. Previous experience as a Director of Marketing or in a similar senior management position is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and analytics within the executive and management industry. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are preferred.
