Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Vice-President Sales to join our organization in Brampton, Canada. As the Senior VP of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and overseeing the sales strategies within the executive and management industry. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and team goals. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure effective talent development and retention. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to drive growth. Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers. Sales Performance Management: Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. Implement strategies to maximize sales productivity and customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence. Utilize market insights to develop targeted sales strategies and value propositions. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities. Sales Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop sales forecasts, set sales targets, and manage sales budgets. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets. Sales Training and Enablement: Develop and implement sales training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Provide resources and tools to enable successful sales execution.

Job Requirement: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in executive and management roles, with a focus on sales. Previous experience as a Senior Vice-President of Sales or in a similar senior executive position is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of the executive and management industry, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer trends. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize sales data and insights to inform strategic decision-making. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
