Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to join our organization in Windsor, Canada. As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources within the executive and management industry. Responsibilities: HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and professional development plans. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company objectives. Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop learning programs, and provide resources to support employee growth and skill development. HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics to measure and analyze HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Job Requirement: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic HR leadership. Previous experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR management position is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industry trends within the executive and management industry. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to drive informed HR strategies and decision-making. Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
