Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Instructional Design, or relevant field
3–5 years experience developing academic or educational content
Strong writing and editing skills for various academic materials
Knowledge of curriculum frameworks and learning outcomes design
Familiarity with multimedia production tools (video/audio)
Ability to structure content clearly and logically
Strong collaboration with faculty and subject experts
Excellent project management and organization
Basic knowledge of accessibility and universal design principles
Comfortable working within timelines and academic review cycles
