Job Requirement:
Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a core academic discipline
12+ years in academic leadership, including roles like Dean or Director
Experience with accreditation, curriculum evaluation, and academic policy
Outstanding leadership and mentorship abilities
Familiarity with data-driven academic decision-making
Proven ability to manage large-scale teams and budgets
Record of excellence in teaching and research
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking with long-term planning capabilities
