Job Description:
We are hiring an Academic Program Developer to design blended and fully online academic programs. You'll assess learner needs, create learning pathways, and define program structures that balance depth and scalability. You will work with instructional designers, faculty, and quality assurance to develop courses aligned with institutional goals and pedagogy. This role also involves project coordination, pilot testing, and continuous program enhancements to address emerging learning demands.
Job Requirement:
Master’s in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
3+ years experience developing academic or training programs
Knowledge of instructional models and program accreditation
Experience working with SMEs and academic teams
Familiarity with blended and online education best practices
Project management capabilities
Excellent writing and design planning skills
Skills in pilot evaluation and learning outcome analysis
Tech fluency with LMS and authoring tools
