Job Requirement:
PhD or Master’s in Education, Academic Leadership, or related field
6+ years in academic management or curriculum design
Strong understanding of program development and institutional accreditation
Leadership experience in a higher education setting
Familiarity with pedagogical trends and technology integration
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and budgets
Data-driven decision-making and reporting skills
Stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
Fluent in German and English
