We are seeking an Academic Learning Planner to design, coordinate, and evaluate structured academic roadmaps that align with institutional objectives. You’ll support curriculum development, manage scheduling logistics, and assess learning progression systems across departments. This role is suited for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in planning and academic coordination environments.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Educational Planning, Instructional Design, or related field
3–5 years’ experience in academic operations or program planning
Familiarity with semester planning, credit systems, and student pathways
Strong collaboration with deans and faculty teams
Proficient in Excel, learning analytics, or academic ERP systems
Knowledge of course prerequisites and learning progression models
High organizational accuracy and data interpretation skills
Fluent in German and English
