Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Admissions Coordinator to support the student intake process at our institution. You'll handle application reviews, schedule interviews, liaise with academic departments, and assist with enrollment logistics. Your role also includes communicating with prospective students, following up on missing documentation, supporting admission events, and maintaining accurate records in the enrollment system. Your attention to detail and customer service focus will ensure applicants receive clear guidance and a seamless experience.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in Education, Business, or related field
1–3 years in admissions, student services, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Proficient with CRM systems and application portals
Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer-service orientation and responsiveness
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in higher education preferred
Attention to detail with data accuracy
Fluent in German and/or English
