Job Requirement:
Master’s in Education, Academic Leadership, or related field
5+ years experience in academic program coordination or management
Strong knowledge of curriculum development and accreditation processes
Leadership and teamwork with teaching staff
Data-driven approach to program evaluation
Familiarity with student feedback systems
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with LMS and academic administration systems
Fluent in German and English
