Job Description:
We are hiring an Academic Success Coach to guide students toward achieving their academic goals through personalized coaching and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with students to identify academic challenges, develop study skills, manage time effectively, and build resilience. This role involves regular one-on-one sessions, academic workshops, and data-driven tracking of student progress. You’ll also collaborate with faculty and advisors to support holistic student development. Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Counseling, or Psychology
Coaching certification preferred
2–3 years experience in student advising or academic support
Deep understanding of learning habits and cognitive strategies
Ability to use coaching techniques and data tracking systems
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for helping students build confidence and overcome barriers
Experience with at-risk and diverse student populations
Workshop facilitation experience is a plus
Fluent in English or German
