Job Requirement:
PhD in a relevant academic discipline
7+ years of postdoctoral research experience
Proven track record in publishing and academic grant writing
Strong project management and team leadership skills
Familiarity with EU research frameworks and ethics policies
Fluent in English; German fluency preferred
