Job Description:
We are hiring a Cell Culture Specialist in Munich to manage cell line maintenance and experimental procedures. You will be responsible for culturing, freezing, and thawing various cell types to support research activities.
You will monitor culture conditions, perform quality control, and assist in developing cell-based assays. Collaboration with researchers to optimize protocols is key.
This role is suited to candidates with strong lab skills and attention to detail.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
3+ years experience in mammalian cell culture
Knowledge of aseptic techniques and cell biology
Ability to maintain high-quality cell stocks and documentation
Experience with tissue culture equipment and sterile procedures
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in lab data recording and reporting
Fluency in German and English preferred
Ability to follow strict safety protocols
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
