Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Relationship Manager to strengthen our client engagement operations in Frankfurt. This role is central to nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth.
You will serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and identifying upselling opportunities. You will collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and support to deliver seamless client experiences. Regular reporting, client feedback analysis, and performance monitoring are essential duties.
In this position, you’ll also contribute to onboarding new clients and developing strategies that foster loyalty and retention. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and commercially minded with a focus on delivering excellence.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
4+ years of experience in client relationship or account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
CRM tool proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in B2B environments is a plus
Fluent in English; German proficiency preferred
