Job Description:
We are seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver educational programs and training for healthcare professionals to ensure best practices and up-to-date clinical knowledge. You will collaborate with medical staff, educators, and leadership to assess training needs, create learning materials, and implement educational initiatives that improve clinical outcomes and patient care.
Your responsibilities include organizing workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs through feedback and performance metrics. This role requires staying current with medical advancements and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and relevance of educational content.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Education, or related clinical field
Minimum 3 years experience in clinical education or healthcare training
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools preferred
