Job Description:
We are looking for a diligent Audit and Compliance Specialist in Berlin to oversee and support internal auditing processes and regulatory compliance activities. You will evaluate operational procedures, identify risks, and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve preparing audit reports, recommending corrective actions, and supporting continuous compliance improvement.
You will collaborate closely with departments including finance, legal, and operations to implement audit findings and improve controls. This position demands strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate audit results clearly to management. You will also keep abreast of regulatory changes to guide the organization in maintaining compliance.

Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
3+ years of experience in auditing or compliance roles
Knowledge of SOX, GDPR, ISO standards, and regulatory frameworks
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with audit management software and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English and German
