Job Description:
We are hiring an Administrative Services Manager to oversee administrative support functions and ensure smooth office operations across departments in our Frankfurt location. You will be responsible for supervising front-office staff, managing vendor relationships, overseeing facilities, and ensuring compliance with company administrative policies.
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a professional work environment and supporting operational needs. Your duties will include budgeting for administrative expenses, developing service delivery standards, and coordinating logistics for meetings, visitors, and facility upgrades. You’ll also play a key role in digitalization efforts and sustainability initiatives.
You will lead a team of administrative assistants and act as a liaison between senior management and support functions. This position requires a detail-oriented, dependable, and people-focused individual.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of experience managing office or administrative services
Knowledge of facility management and office supply procurement
Familiarity with German workplace health and safety laws
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
Proficient with MS Office Suite and administrative software
Fluent in German; working English proficiency is a plus
Strong problem-solving and team coordination experience
Budget oversight and vendor contract experience preferred
