Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Community Partnerships Manager in Berlin to foster strategic collaborations with local organizations, institutions, and influencers. You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, co-developing community-based projects, and building long-term relationships that support our mission and outreach objectives.

You’ll lead community engagement campaigns, organize joint events, and ensure all partner activities align with brand values and social impact goals. The role also includes preparing proposals, maintaining CRM systems, and reporting on partnership outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social impact, skilled in relationship-building, and thrives on collaboration. Your ability to connect, communicate, and influence will directly shape how we engage with diverse communities across Berlin.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field

  • At least 4 years of experience in community engagement or partnership roles

  • Proven success in developing and managing strategic collaborations

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Experience organizing events, campaigns, or awareness programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English

  • Ability to work independently and in diverse teams

  • CRM experience and stakeholder reporting capabilities

  • Knowledge of Berlin’s local community landscape preferred

  • Enthusiastic and mission-driven attitude
