Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Collaboration Development Manager in Cologne who will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships that support business growth. You will work across departments and with external stakeholders to develop collaborative projects, joint initiatives, and long-term alliances.
You will lead partnership negotiations, facilitate onboarding processes for new partners, and maintain strong communication with key contacts. Additionally, you will conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities to align mutual goals and deliver joint value.
This position is suited for someone who is proactive, relationship-driven, and skilled at managing multi-stakeholder collaboration in dynamic environments.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Business Development, Strategic Management, or related field
4+ years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or business development
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Track record of initiating and maintaining B2B or institutional collaborations
Ability to draft and review partnership agreements
Familiarity with CRM tools and collaboration platforms
Strong presentation and proposal writing skills
German and English language fluency required
Able to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
