Job Description:
We are hiring a Community Outreach Officer to develop and execute strategies that connect our organization with local communities in Munich. You will lead outreach initiatives, attend local events, build relationships with key community figures, and promote awareness of our mission and services.
Your role will involve both in-person and digital engagement, coordinating with internal departments to tailor messaging and ensure consistent representation across all outreach efforts.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Community Development, Communications, or Social Work
Minimum 2–3 years of outreach or field engagement experience
Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of Munich’s local communities and stakeholders
German fluency required; English proficiency preferred
