Job Description:
We are hiring a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization from our headquarters in Berlin. As the CEO, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction, ensuring financial sustainability, and leading the executive team toward achieving long-term organizational goals.
You will represent the company in high-level negotiations, guide key decision-making, and foster relationships with stakeholders, board members, partners, and investors. The ideal candidate must be a transformative leader capable of navigating both growth opportunities and risk management in a dynamic business environment.
Job Requirement:
Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership, preferably in a multinational or high-growth firm.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, finance, and operational management.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
Fluent in English; German proficiency a significant advantage.
