Job Description:
We are hiring a Business Operations Lead to oversee the coordination and execution of operational activities that ensure efficient performance across departments. You will be responsible for process improvements, vendor coordination, performance reporting, and operational compliance in our Hamburg office.
In this position, you will manage a team and collaborate with multiple departments including finance, HR, procurement, and IT. Your goal will be to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support scalable operations. Key responsibilities include SOP development, inventory management, facilities oversight, and contributing to business continuity planning.
We seek a proactive and solution-oriented leader with experience in operational strategy and execution. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and multiple functions.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or equivalent
At least 5–7 years of experience in business operations or administrative leadership
Strong knowledge of operational workflows and efficiency strategies
Experience with project management tools and data dashboards
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in German; English proficiency preferred
Budget management and vendor negotiation experience
Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Analytical thinker with a track record of driving measurable improvements
