Job Description:
We are hiring a Client Services Coordinator in Hamburg to manage client communications, support service delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction across our key accounts. You will act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal departments to meet service expectations.
In this role, you will maintain detailed client records, organize meetings, and track performance metrics to improve service quality. You will also help streamline operational workflows, assist in onboarding new clients, and ensure that all client feedback is documented and addressed efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client engagement and operational excellence.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field
2–4 years of experience in client services or administrative coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude
German language proficiency preferred; English required
